Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within the United States. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@amafuel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
