For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of protein powder once the package has been opened or used. All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will replace it. Please contact us at support@amafuel.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages) with your order number and clear photos of any damage.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
